The impact of strategic planning on the performance of non-profit organization

This study aimed to show the impact of strategic planning on the performance of non-profit organizations. While the population of the research consists of non-profit organizations in Gaziantep, the sample was selected from among these organizations (12 organizations). 384 people, including program managers, presidents and project coordinators working in these institutions, participated in the research. The research questions consist of 40 items. Research data was collected through a survey. In the light of the data obtained, firstly the validity and reliability of the research were tested, and then correlation and regression analyzes were conducted for the three determined hypotheses. As a result of regression analysis, it was determined that strategic planning application positively affects the performance of non-profit organizations. Correlation analyze indicates that there is a positive, moderate and statistically significant relationship between strategic planning in non-profit organizations.
