Özet (EN)
This study was planned to determine the morphological responses and mineral nutrition preferences of six American grape rootstocks (41B, 5BB, 140Ru, SO4, Salt Creek and Harmony) in which salt stress was applied in vitro. 0, 0.75 and 1.5 g L-1 NaCl were applied to the plants grown in Murashige and Skoog medium. To determine the effect of applications; degree of plant damage, shoot length, number of nodes, average root length, number of roots, shoot fresh and dry weight, root fresh and dry weight, leaf chlorophyll and nutrient content were examined. As a result of the study, increasing NaCl doses decreased growth and development in some rootstocks and some deaths. Similarly, it was determined that shoot fresh and dry weights and root fresh and dry weights decreased. In addition, leaf chlorophyll contents and nutrient contents were negatively affected by increasing NaCl dose. 41B rootstock in two NaCl applications; SO4, 5BB and 140Ru rootstocks lost their viability at 1.5 g L-1 NaCl dose. Cl and Na contents of all cultivars increased due to increasing salt applications, whereas macro and micro elements were generally decreased. Considering all the parameters examined, rootstocks from sensitive to resistant; 41B, SO4, 5BB, 140Ru, Harmony and Salt Creek.
