Özet (EN)

In this study; serum antibody levels and total leukocyte amounts of inactive parapoxvirus ovis (iPPVO ) in cattle with ınfectious bovine rhinotracheitis ( IBR ) and in mice treated with iPPVO TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 by ELISA test, TNF-α, IL-1β, IFN-γ levels investigated. Fort his purpose, 15 healthy cattle and 10 mice were used in the study. Cattle were divided into control group (n=5), IBR vaccine group (n=5) and IBR vaccine+iPPVO group (n=5). In cattle, PBS was applied to the control group on the 1. and 15. days, blood samples were taken at 0, 15 and 30 days.In mice, 0.1 ml of PBS was given to the control group and 0.1 ml of iPPVO to the iPPVO group, and 10 days later, their blood and spleens were taken. As a result of the analyzes made at the end of the experiment; ın the IBR+iPPVO group in cattle, the total leukocyte amount and serum antibody titers were significantly higher than in the control and IBR groups, and TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 the ELISA tests, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 and RT-PCR values in mice were statistically significantly higher in the iPPVO applied group compared to the control group. As a resuult, it has been determined that iPPVO application in cattle and mice creates an immunomodulatory effect and will be effective in the treatment and protection of infections.
