Abstract (EN)

Concrete technology is continuously developing field of science where new research has been performed day by day. A special type of concrete called as self-compacting concrete is developed by this way. Generally, SCC is preferred in heavily reinforced structures because of its self-formability in a desired mold without the need for an external compression energy. Thus, It provides safety, aesthetics and economic benefits to structures. Mix proportions, use of high efficiency superplasticizers and the techniques of production are the standout aspects of SCC compared to traditional concrete There are also unique experiment and methods proposed at specifications of SCC. High volume of fine aggregate is consumed by SCC. Effects of fine aggregate characteristics should be analyzed in detail for quality control of SCC. Therefore, totally 16 SCC mixture is prepared by using 4 different types of fine aggregate. Concrete strength and cement type are the other variables that studied in addition to fine aggregate type. Firstly, technical, economic and production difficulties caused by aggregates are discussed at the stage of casting of concrete. Concrete prepared with aggregates at different methylene blue grades are compared from the viewpoint of fresh and hardened state properties. Cost analysis was carried out in a separate section. A new deep learning application is developed that perform VSI classification based on visual stability index results, which is a unique method for SCC.
