Özet (EN)
In this study, the electronics and structural properties of the InxGa1-xAs ternaryalloys, with 1Ã1Ã1 supercell structure was calculated as a function of Incomposition by using CASTEP (Cambridge Serial Total Energy Package)package program based on Density Functional Theory developed by Kohn-Sham. Obtained results were found in good agreement compared withexperimental and theoretical data in litarature.
