The determination of spouse and family violence and life quality of infertile women

That is a descriptive study conducted with the aim of investigating violance which imposed from husbands and surroundings and quality of life on infertil women at 19-49 ages. Research sample is consisted by 125 women who met the inclusiun criteria and received infertility treatment between June and September 2019 at Gaziantep University Şahinbey Research and Application Hospital Gynecology Outpatient. In this Study, ''Introductory Information Form'', ''Infertile Women's Exposure to Violence Determination Scale (IWEVDS)'', ''The fertility quality of life tool (FertiQoL)'' are used to as a data collection tool. Data were analyzed with SPSS 24 package program. In the analysis of the data, numbers, percentages, minimum and maximum values, and mean and standard deviations , abnormal non-dispersive measurements Kruskall Wallis Analysis, in significant findings Spearman Correlation analysis, for further analysis Mann Whitney-U were used. In the study, the average score of Infertile Women's Exposure to Violence Determination Scale (IWEDS) was 50,2±15,2 and the average of FertiQoL scale was 58,07±14,74. This scales score moderately. There was a statistically negative correlation between Infertile Women's Exposure to Violence Determination Scale (IWEDS) and FertiQoL scores (p <0.005). FertiQoL scale score decreases as the Exposure to Severity Scale in Infertile Women score increases. Keywords: Infertility, nursing, quality of life, violence
