Infertility treatment of pregnant women with pregnant women in prenatal period fertile a comparison of the attitudes of coping with stress and anxiety

The main objective of this work is to compare the pregnant women who have treated for infertility with women of fertile prenatal anxiety coping with their stress levels. The universe of this study revolves around the pregnant women who have treated for infertility to fertile pregnant. The sample of this study involves 50 pregnant women who have treated in Tekirdağ, Çorlu and 50 pregnant women treated for infertility. The followings are certain documents applied for the participants in order to collect data for this study: Socio Demographic Information Form, State Anxiety Inventory, Trait Anxiety Inventory and Coping Attitudes Assessment. In this study, the state anxiety and trait anxiety levels of the pregnant women who have treated for infertility found higher compared to fertile women. In prenatal period, the stress level of pregnant women who have treated infertility is inadequate compared to fertile pregnant women. When the anxiety level of fertile pregnant women increase, they start to use dysfunctional coping mechanisms. Yet, these pregnant women who have treated infertility use much more dysfunctional coping mechanisms. Throughout the study, it has been found that the pregnant women who have treated infertility have used their dysfunctional coping mechanisms more often compared to fertile pregnant women.
