Abstract (EN)

In an increasingly competitive world, in order to stay alive, organizations need to increase their competitiveness and make this sustainable. This environment lead organizations to innovation, as it is a differentiating factor. Fostering innovation at organization level is directly proportional to the built innovational organization culture. This innovative organization culture that makes organizations able to create innovative ideas is created by a strong management support. This support is given mostly by innovative leaders who have active roles in determining organizational vision, mission and strategy. In this paper, due to leaders? major impact over innovation success, qualitative research techniques are used on documents about Steve Jobs, late Apple Inc. CEO and innovative leader, in the context of theoretical framework over Innovation and Innovation Management. Through findings which are evaluated with techniques of hermeneutic and discourse analyses, it is intended to bring forth proposals about Innovation and Innovation Management at the Results Section.
