BIM integrated ERP (enterprise resource planning) system application proposal to be used in construction projects

In the perioud of Industry 4.0 when the breakthroughs were made, the technology of the construction industry was investigated for the tools that the construction project management could use besides the production items.It is thought that company resource planning systems, which are often used in industrial activities, are fed from the developing BIM systems, allowing the construction to protect all data from a single center and be more controllable. Based on this idea, ERP- the BIM system integration implementation is suggested for storage of future data in a single data base from building information modeling systems. it has been investigated what can be accessed via Archicad, Allplan and Revit, which are the main building information modeling systems. Depending on the projects steps, it was researched which data could be added to the database and which data should be added to which partitions. After all these researches, the Bim integrated project management program can store and checking the data can be done.
