Abstract (EN)
In this study, the relationship between the leadership styles and the behavior of the site managers and the motivations of their employees in Turkish construction sector are discussed. In this regard first of all, a questionnaire survey was applied to construction site managers and their employees. Questionnaire survey findings were then analyzed by using "Data Mining' methods in order to derive results related with Employee Motivation Relations in Turkish Construction Sector". Reliability Analysis was also performed before data mining analysis.
