Thesis ) LATİF ONUR U?UR GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY December 2003 ABSTRACT In this study, construction cost of Ankara Aşı Serum ve İlaç Kontrol Instute building is evaluated taking into account of work programs and manpower. In cases of taking back the construction completing time by %5, %10 and %15 earlier; manpower costs for each persentege ammount evaluated. For each time shortage a new work programme is prepared, manpower costs calculated, necessary programs worked out and time-cost comparision are made. During preparation of investment programme of this project different planning for different conditions are made and by making time, resource and cost analyses for each planning preference, the most racional one will be prefered in micro and macro scales.
