Abstract (EN)

Technology does not remain only as a means to an end in the construction of human thought, but directly participates. This study aims to offer a holistic perspective on the effects of technology on human thought by considering the subject-object distinction in the context of human, language and technology. In doing so, the references of the line appropriate for the context of the thesis is on Mark Coeckelbergh's correlation of humanlanguage- technology. In this context, firstly, the relationship between technology and human thought is analyzed in terms of language. The answer to the questions of how technology plays a role as a medium in the construction of the life world and at the same time how it transforms human knowledge and thought through language is sought. With this assumption, the dangers of the essence of technik in Heidegger is analyzed through his philosophy of language. Afterwards, the relationship between language and technology is analyzed in terms of technology games established by Mark Coeckelbergh through Wittgenstein's theory of language games. To address the hermeneutic dimensions of this relationship, the effects of technology and language on human and social formation is discussed through Ricoeur's narrative theory. The ultimate aim of the thesis is to show that language and technology indisputably effect the construction of human thought.
