Onlyinternational checking and sanction systems that were established provided humanrights to be universal and people to have guarantees. People were seen as equal togoverments, in an occoasion of injustice.They achieved the right to apply Europeaancourt of human rights to insist on their dues. This is the most important step that hasbeen taken on this topic. I studied my thesis on ?The individual application to Europeancourt of human rights in four parts.In the first part, I tried to express shortly the progress process of human rightsits becoming univeral and defending on it an international platform. In the second part, Iexamined generally the acceptance of the European contract of human rights, its legaldimension, its effects on inner law of goverments, human rights that have been takenunder control by means of the European contract o human rights, and limitation of theserights. By that way, I studied on the structure and judgement process of European Courtof Human Rights.In the third part, I focused on the declaration of the right of Turkey?s individualapplication, the effects of human rights in our inner lawby examining the proceduresandconditions Europen court of human rights.In the conclusion part, particularly I tried to emphasize the decisions that hadbeen taken by the European court of the human rights aguirst our country due tobreaking rules. Our country is on the stage of entering to European union so farovercoming wrongful critisismsand giving our people the rights that they deserve Italked about the precautions that we should take.
