Abstract (EN)

When 21. Century is coming, it is seen that universal vakves are being clear parallel to globalization fact. Human rights, which are a part of these valves, are tried to take into confidence by signing a large amount of document. Universal decleration of Human Rights is one of the most important documents which have wide acceptance. In addition to global efforts for protection and development of human rights, there is also local studies. Convention for the protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms is one of these documents which are formed by local studies.Countries make their sovereignty fields narrow by the agreements they sign. Turkey took on some responsibilities about human rights because of the documents it signed. Sometimes observes, raportes or organizations about human rights from outside came to Turkey in accordance with these documents. Frequents occurance of these visits and serious criticsm causes reaction of Turkey and percieved as interfering to interior subjects, but these visits have legal basis of former signed documents.Although claims directed towards Turkey have legal basis, they are contrary to international equality principles, so problem is not about law, but about ethics. Although Grece, which is a European country, has many violation about human rights, it isn't critisized as much as Turkey. Unacceptable politics of Greece about Western Thracien Turks are in violation of European union's. Human Rights standard. It is attracting that EU continves its materialistic and moral help to such a country instead of putting press on it.
