Abstract (EN)
Justice is an important concept in terms of both social and business life. İnjustice perception leads to many negative results as Absenteeism, loss of performance, lack of confidence, conflict. The organization, one of the most important elements of main capital is human, shouldn't ignore justice for both productivity and competitiveness. Also Employee satisfaction has an effect on worker productivity and in-house like justice. The underlying causes of the negative perception of justice and employee dissatisfaction must be discovered and destroyed. Human resources management has become a key point for effective management of human resources within the organization. Therefore it has important role to eliminate injustice and dissatisfaction. In this study, the effect of perceive of justice on promotion, recruitment, performance and wage applications to employees' satisfaction levels was tried to be revealed. The study was conducted the employees of a leading company in the dairy sector in Konya province. Each dimensions of justice (Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, Interactional Justice) relationship with employee satisfaction levels was examined. Correlation analysis was used to determine this relation. According to results, it was found that there was a strong positive relationship between each dimensions of organizational justice and employee satisfaction in terms of human resources functions such as promotions, recruitment, wage and performance.
