The diffusion process of human resource practices: A research of multinational Turkish companies

Corporations, according to the new environment they penetrate, develop new strategies and politics. The applications which International corporations execute in the international stage, change in accordance with their growth. Human resources is one of these applications. Corporations apply human resource applications on their core holding and other holdings which operate in overseas. From this view, main aim this research understanding how spread HR practices between social contexts and organizational boundaries by observing Turkish multinational company. The second purpose is to discuss the models that can be used to transfer human resources applications abroad. To this end, seven different multinational Turkish corporations human resource applications were examined. The corporations which were selected are multinational Turkish corporations. The questions regarding the topic were prepared in the form of an interview with the managers of the relevant departments of the selected companies.
