There has been the opportunity to meet with Turkish employees and Japanese coordinators, and as a result of these meetings it was reached to the conclusion that there are differences between two countries in terms of recruitment methods. In the framework of this result and the evaluations made, it was tried to make assumptions about the reasons of differentiations. It has been reached to the conclusion that, although there is the controlling parent company culture, it is possible that the organizations of a multinational company in different countries use different methods than the home country in practice.
