Training of the human resources and effective on the performance and a sample practice

Human resources is very important for organizations to live healty in global compating. The importance of the employees and their trainings are going to take the organization one step in front of their rivals. In this work we tried to show how much the trainings are effective on the employees performance. First of all we explain the ? human resources? and ? training?. And than we explain these subjects detailed; ?the steps of training neccessity?, ?planing of training programs?, ? practice the training and analize the results?. And there is an area study which contains determining the traning neccessity and analize the results of this. It?s seen that the tarinings are effected the employees performance and the productivity of the organizations pozitive.
