Job satisfaction in human resources management: The sample of the Directorate of Spor Toto Organization

Job satisfaction is an important variant that will be able to give an idea related to common feeling and idea patterns of individuals about their job and workplace . In other words job satisfaction expressing the individual?s expectations intended for the workplace and attitude towards the job is the individual?s comprehension of their job and life related to work as a situation concluding with a satisfactory or positive feeling . At the same time job satisfaction is an indication of individual physiological and spiritual feelings along with physical and spiritual health. In this study it has been tried to find solution offers intended to research if any differences in the job satisfaction occured or not in the direction of organizational factors , group factors , activities of the stuff working in the Directorate of Spor Toto Organization and the unit they work in and demographic variables .
