Abstract (EN)
In this study, the intended purpose is to analyze the positive and adverse effects of Enterprise Resource Planning systems preferred today by the enterprises under effect of competition environment and globalization to provide effective management of the human resource being a high-cost factor for the enterprises in respect of the human resources management. Also to introduce the necessary methods for the enterprises to determine the systems complied with own corporate profile in field of planning and management of the human factor which has the most difficult standardization as compared with other factors of production. Oracle which is one of Enterprise Resource Planning systems has a support function in efficiency of the Human Resources Management was analyzed in this study. Oracle?s HRMS Module was evaluated in line with the functional basis to comprehend effect of the Enterprise Resource Planning system on efficiency of the Human Resources Management and given some examples related with checkout of the system.
