Determination of leaders with fuzzy AHP supported talent management in human resources

Abstract (EN)

Keywords: Human resources, talent management, fuzzy ahp Human resources practices together with the understanding of innovative institutions have ceased to be a cost element and have become an important capital element that provides added value for institutions. In this context, in recent years, institutions have become aware of the importance of talent management in order to have competitive advantage and have made talent management one of the most important factors of human resources management. On the other hand, human resources managers have taken subjective values into consideration in their decisions for many years. In this study, it is aimed to make decisions based on objective values in human resources talent management process in institutions and to evaluate candidates leader according to their abilities. In this respect, firstly a resource research on talent management was conducted and then in the scope of human resources practices in an institution 5 main criteria and 19 sub-criteria based on these main criteria specific to the structure of the institution given placed. The criteria determined in this study were weighted by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. As a result of the calculations, the effect of the alternatives on the main criteria was found and the candidates leader with the highest alternative weight was determined as the most suitable leader.
