Abstract (EN)

International law stipulates rules on how states using armed force should behave in armed conflicts that have begun, legally or illegally, and are ongoing. International humanitarian law is a bit more extensive, both during and outside of armed conflict armed conflict armed force by states for the protection of civilians out of the conflict while using people and especially refers to the set of rules. Based on this context, the purpose of the research; it is the study of responsibilities arising from violations of the international obligations of giants, who are considered to be the principal person of humanitarian law, a branch of international law. In the light of the literature and doctrinal survey, the responsibility for violations of humanistic law has been inferred by X-ray.
