Abstract (EN)
In this research, by doing the risk analysis of the dangers those could take placein the flight and maintenance activities of Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs), theexamination fields that are operationally risky were aimed. In general, throughout the research, the purpose was putting forward the risk analysismethodology and providing the end users with a ?Risk Management Program?prepared and produced though a sample application. In the application of thesample, the experience of UAV experts and personnel were exploited and thefive step risk management techniques used by outstanding internationalaviation companies were applied. Human crew, aircraft, mission andenvironment which comprise the main risk factors examined and a sample riskanalysis were undertaken. Then, the tables prepared through classical methodswere transformed into ?Risk Management Program? prepared with Delphi 7.0programming language and an environment that users can easily understand, and can be benefited was provided.Science Code : 708.1.121Key Words : Unmanned Air Vehicle, Risk Management, AccidentPage Number : 116Adviser : Assistant Prof. Dr. Hüdayim BAŞAK
