Özet (EN)

Businesses need to monitor their performance to maintain their position in the market and to develop and grow. A key performance indicator (KPI) serves to measure the performance of a business, team, individual, or project. This study aims to create a model proposal that can be used in the evaluation of KPI for a business. In the application, the KPI of the company is grouped by the 4 dimensions (financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth) within the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) model. The weights of the KPI within the dimensions are calculated using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The model created covers the years 2020-2021 and 2022 of a company operating in the insulation sector. As a result of the study, a BSC model is created that can be used by companies operating in the insulation sector with the weights of the KPI criteria determined by taking the opinions of the managers.
