An investigation of internet banking use with technology acceptance model: A research on bank employees

Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this research is to examine the use of internet banking with a technology acceptance model in a sample of bank employees. A total of 369 bank employees working in a private bank with foreign capital in İstanbul participated in the research. The survey was collected using the survey data collection method, and the Internet Banking Approach Scale (IBYO) was included in the survey. The quantitative analysis method was used in the analysis of the data, and SPSS 25.0 program was used for this ANOVA, Tukey HSD multiple comparison test, simple linear and logistic regression were used for analysis. Bank employees, 60% of whom were women, three-quarters between the ages of 26-41, 86% of whom had at least a bachelor's degree and 81% of whom had 7 years or more professional experience participated in the research. The research was conducted on a sample group of women, who are young, have a high education level, and have professional experience. According to the results of research conducted on bank employees, the perceived ease of use in the use of internet banking increases the perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use perceived usefulness, trust, and perceived web security contribute to the development of attitude towards internet banking as a whole. Along with the partial contribution of the reason for use, the attitude towards use causes intent, and the intention to use affects the actual use.
