Abstract (EN)
Web technologies has been showing a rapid development towards Web 3.0 which is expected to be an important standard. In web environment, new tendencies have focused on easily finding, sharing required data, and developing result-based systems by combining related information from different sources. This new technology that will most probably affect the whole world will inevitably cause changes in internet-based distance learning. In this study, two internet-based distance learning systems are designed with same layouts and contents that are running under Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 standards, then gathered data analyzed with non-parametric techniques, and lastly the innovations in distance learning brought by Web 3.0 are evaluated.
