Hospital appointment programme based on the internet

Computer and data processing techonologies are very important at every field of health systems. One of the most important problems that are caused by the imbalance between the supply and demand at health systems and that need to be solved is the agglomeration occuring at acceptance of patients. The appoinment systems used at acceptance of patients cause patients to suffer in terms of time, economics and working power until they reach the phase of diagnosis and treatment. In this work, İTRS, developed as an appoinment system based on internet, enables patients to make an appoinment at an electronic environment without the need to go to hospital. Also as a superiority, by using İTRS, patients are enabled to make appoinments by using equal rights and transparently and economically.
