Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study; research the effect of omega-3 fatty acids which intervene on the lipid profile, In the present study, 20 obese (class I) individuals will be enrolled. Their body mass index (BMI) should be between a little high and the triglyceride (TG) level should be more than 150 mg/dL. The Omega-3 fatty acid is a rich source of eicosatetraenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Age had no significant statistically significant differences. Weight had statistically significant differences, which indicates the importance of omega in metabolic processes. Total lipids and triglycerides had a clear effect after study participants received omega-3, thereby it reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Vit D levels improved significantly after omega administration. In the case of severe hypertriglyceridemia, evidence suggests that omega-3 fatty acids can be used as a nutrient that lowers TG, which includes fibrates, niacin, and omega-3 fatty acids (OM3FAs). Supplements such as omega-3 fatty acids can effectively reduce the abnormal lipid profile
