The investigation of the correlation between vitamine D3, endocan and copeptin in patients with chronic kidney diseases‏‏

Copeptin (CT-pro AVP), which is about 39 amino acids in length, is composed of repro hormones, neurophysin II, copeptin, and the C-terminus of pre-pro AVP. Elevated levels of these three biomarkers in patients work and aid in the diagnosis of people's chronic kidney disorders. The biomarkers of diabetic nephropathy and the ability to use this biomarker for diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with chronic kidney disease were examined in this study. This research was conducted in the city of Hit. In this case-control study, (50) subjects were included, the second group includes (50) patients diagnosed with CKD. The results show that : There were significant (p ≤0.05) differences in Copeptin and Endocan levels between the control group and those with kidney disease (CKD). Results of the correlation between Copeptin and Endocan showed that (r=0.263, p=0.012) There was a direct association between Copeptin and Endocan. Finally, an evaluation of Endocan is warranted, Copeptin, biomarkers has a role in diagnosis of CKD which has the ability of using this biomarkers as guide with treatment and management the patients to prevent development and complication of nephropathy presented from long duration of CKD control. This study confirm the positive correlation between ( Endocan, Copeptin) with (P:C Ratio) and negative correlation with eGFR. Keywords: Chronic kindey disease, Vitamine D3, Endocan, Copeptin
