In this study, the effect of various plant growth regulators on in vitro micropropagation of Altess F1 hybrid tomato was investigated. Surface sterilization of seeds used as explant source was performed with 70% ethyl alcohol and 15% commercial sodium hypochlorite (ACE containing 5% NaOCl) for different times. in semi-solid MS medium containing plant growth regulators (6-Benzylaminopurine (BAP), Kinetin (KIN), naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), Indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), Picloram (P)) in different concentrations and combinations and It was taken into the culture room at 24±2 ˚C in periods of 16 hours of light and 8 hours of darkness. Shoot and root formation were observed at certain intervals, and shoot length, leaf number, root length and root number were recorded. Statistical analyzes of the obtained data were made. Maximum root and shoot growth was recorded in the medium containing 1 mg/L KIN. No shoot and root formation was observed in the medium containing P, but callus formation (100%) was observed in these mediums. As a final stage, rooted plantlets that have completed their development were taken into acclimatization environments.
