Özet (EN)
Behçet disease is a chronic disease that affects maynı systems of the body, a multisystem disorder characterized by mucocutaneous lesions (oral ulcers, genital ulcers, and skin pustules), arthritis and intraocular inflammation. The pathogenesis of Behçet's disease is poorly understood but it is considered a complex polygenetic syndrome, with environmental triggers. The highest prevalence is seen in Turkey. In this Study, Protein Tyrosine Kinase Enzyme level was examined. The mean (min-max values) Protein Tyrosine Kinase Enzyme levels in 50 Behçet's patients were found as 5.57±1.20 (3.91-7.83) ng/ml and The mean (min-max values) Protein Tyrosine Kinase Enzyme levels in 50 healthy humans(control group) were found as 2.42±0.72 (1.26-3.63) ng/ml. When the results were examined, it was seen that there was a statistically significant increase Protein Tyrosine Kinase Enzyme level of the patient group compared to the healthy control group (p<0.0001). Key Words: Behçet's disease, Protein Tyrosine Kinase Enzyme
