The Abbasids, who have kept the caliphate for many years, lost their administration and the caliphate to Buwayhids and it has been an important development in terms of Islamic history. With the conquest of all of Baghdad and most of the Iraqi lands by the Buwayhids, the Abbasids lost their administrative and political powers and became ordinary civil servants. Buwayhi, who ruled in four different regions in the 10th and 11th centuries, namely Fars and Hûzistan, Kirman, Cibâl and Iraq, are known as an important state in history. Buwayhi government, which started to rise especially after the capture of Baghdad, had its brightest period in Muizzüddevle period. In this study, it has been studied the appearence of Buwayhids dynasty, the processes of capturing Iraq, the facts of Muizz al-Dawla's conquer of Baghdad and the caliphate, important events and economic situation of Muizz al-Dawla's era. Finally, the death of Muizz al-Dawla and the situation that emerged afterwards and the end of the Buwayhi dynasty were explained.
