Historical developement and analysis of foreign direct investment in iran: Run phase 1990-2006

Regarding to the globalization and technological developements world is changing very quickly. It affects international investment inflows directions. In present thesis The Historical Developement and Analysis of Foreign Direct Investment in Iran has been studied and also economic indexes has been analized. Correlation analyse has been applied between FDI and different variables.As a result of the survey following conclusions have been obtained;1) High positive relation found between Foreign Direct Investment and Exports of Goods and Services.2) High positive relation obtained between Foreign Direct Investment and Gross National Income at current market prices (GNI).3) High positive relation determined between Foreign Direct Investment and Gross Domestic Product (GDP).4) High positive relation observed between Foreign Direct Investment and Imports of Goods and Services.5) High positive relation established between Foreign Direct Investment and Merchadise Exports.6) High positive relation existed between Foreign Direct Investment and Merchandise Imports.7) High positive relation presented between Foreign Direct Investment and Exchange rates.8) Accordıng to the negative relation between Foreign Direct Investment and Inflation rate, just their meaningful relationship for %10 has been observed.9) As a result of negative relationship for Foreign Direct Investment and Interest rates, high negative correlation has been obtained.
