Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to research intermediary role of work stress in the case of relationship between work-family conflict and turnover intention. To collect the data for the model and the hypotheses made for this purpose, 154 employees who work at two different ground handling company which is operating at the airport is applied. In this study the quantitative research technique is used as a research method and the questionnaire form is used as a data collection tool. The obtained data is analysed with the programs SPSS 22 and AMOS 22. As a result of the analyses it is seen that; the work-family conflict has a positive effect on turnover intention and work stress, the work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention also and as a last conclusion there is a intermediary role of work stress on over relationship between work-family conflict and turnover intention.
