Abstract (EN)

The aim of this thesis is to reveal the effect of the Cap Demands and Resources Model of job crafting forms on perceived competence and the moderating role of intrinsic motivation in this effect. The data obtained by the questionnaire applied to 296 academic staff in state universities in Turkey with the convenience sampling method were analysed using the SPSS package program. Hypotheses; tested by performing simple and multiple linear regression analyses. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the JD-R Model of job crafting forms positively affect perceived competence. In addition, no moderating role of intrinsic motivation was found in the relationship between job crafting and perceived competence.
