Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to demonstrate how job evaluation affects employees' perception of wage equity From the past to today, people have been working to save their lives and gain social status. That is why they are very interested in whether the amount of wage they receive for their labor is appropriate. Their thoughts about whether their wage is appropriate or not have a direct influence on their work motivation, job satisfaction, and loyalty. This study was designed to measure whether the principle of job evaluation, which is a wage management system, of equal wage for equal work creates a fair wage perception in practice. Even though the fair wage perception is not very different depending on the demographic variables as it is a situational result, it is understood that the wage justice perception is higher among the young workers and workers who have less experiences in the business evaluation enterprises. In the meanwhile, the wage increase in the business with the business evaluation shows itself as a predictor of the highest level of appropriate salary/wage perception. Key Words: job evaluation, wages, equal pay for equal work, fair wages, organizational justice.
