Abstract (EN)

Health sector, a combination of different professional groups that collect and specialization of the complex, is a busy sector. This complex and dense structure leads to the existence of many problems. Problem can be solved in health institutions and health and quality of services provided should be carried out in a way. For this purpose, the individual performance of health staff working in the health sector and the throughput can be increased to ensure health workers' job satisfaction for providing the passes. Therefore, health workers in the health sector over the elements, many of the factors affecting job satisfaction and work has been done. In this study; reference to studies, relevant to the topic of books, theses, and has benefited from the article. As a result of evaluation, coordination with work on the job satisfaction of health workers, in terms of organizational trust and organizational commitment has been found to have a significant impact. Working environment and conditions (workload, role uncertainty about organizational justice, management style, communication, physical conditions and job security, etc.). Individual, psycho-social and organizational features are good enough and is not enough; inadequate and not so good conditions of health care workers in long-running consisting of physical and mental ailments and has been shown to have an impact on life satisfaction.
