Job satisfaction and life satisfaction are interpenetrate phenomenons. Individuals' satisfaction of their job and other experiences is comparative to meet their expectations. Every individuals' expectations are different, their needs for factors of motivation are different, so factors of job and life satisfaction are different for individuals to individuals. Business life which includes significant time in human life, naturally has positive or negative effects into non-business life. However studies show different opinions, generally job and life satisfaction levels reflect each other. Factors and effection proportion that effecting job and life satisfaction, social and associational results due to job and life dissatisfaction may change according to individuals. Nevertheless, employees' joband life satissfaction may differ according to occupations, there may be distinctness in the same occupation group, foundations even regions and countries. The aim of this study, expose corralation between job and life satisfaction of nurses and midwives working at Denizli Servergazi State Hospital, research existance and aspect of the corralations research existance and aspect of the corralations between features of job and life satisfaction. This study includes literature review and previous fieldwork of determination of job satisfaction in the life satisfaction and significance of the difference between demographic features and job and life satisfaction.
