Abstract (EN)
Today?s organizations have to deal with a lot different factors to survive.The principle of these factors is change. The inevitability of cnahge isaccepted by every body. Organizations, the aim of which is try to survive,accpet, assume and successfully apply change as a managementperspective. The organizations which donot understand the importance ofchange and try to protect its existing situation couldnor survive and lose theirexistence.Change management applications usually intensified in the sectoralfields in which competition is dense and there is no enough importanceattached to the public sector applications. Because of this reason, in theapplication area, a public society is choosen and an investigation made aboutthe employees position against change and change management. Theinvestigation results show that; on the contrary of the general opinion publicsocieties employees are revealed to change and is ready for comminucationabout the resistance to change.
