Abstract (EN)
Job security is one of the most important issues of working life. Job security, worker's employment by the employer after entering business conditions to prevent the arbitrary change in the business agreement with its systematic, arbitrary termination by the employer against the return is used to describe all the guarantees.As the result of the ongoing social developments the worker's job to guarantee, especially in Europe, the many countries liberal economic thought in accordance with the particularly in the Civil Codes, and then the more specific to the fields to take place in Business Law began.Nowadays, job security, especially the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Labor Organization, European Union's contracts and norms found in the expression, is considered as a basic human right.Entered into force on 15.03.2003 and the first time in Labor Law No. 1475 brought changes to the Law No. 4773 of the act accepted and followed by 10.06.2003 entered into force on Labor Law No. 4857 within the scope of the job security in Turkey have led to fundamental changes, and business agreements protection against termination without valid reasons for the new regulations brought.In Turkey entered into force in the birth of the impact of job security for various assessments have been positive or negative. Indeed, job security such as employment, unemployment, trade union organization, foreign investment in question can be affected in many areas.The work consists of four sections in the first section of the concept of job security, social and economic aspects of the emergence and development are addressed. In the second part of United Nations, International Labor Organization and European Union norms in the context of the legal basis for job security will be evaluated. In the third section of the new Labor Law No. 4857 in the framework of the job security legislation is examined. Finally in the fourth section of Turkey in the context of job security social, economic and legal effects are analyzed in different directions.Key Words: Labour Law, Job Security, Social Policy, Globalization, Employment
