This master's thesis deals with the real-time monitoring and analysis of employees in risky jobs with EEG (Electroencephalography) signals when they lose focus. The study explores how this module can be used to monitor the mental state of employees and detect dangerous errors in advance. Nowadays, employees in business life get tired during the day and lose their focus while working, resulting in countless work accidents every day. The aim of this thesis is to prevent workers in such risky jobs from having work accidents by using EEG signals. Tgam (ThinkGear ASIC module) EEG module is connected to the electrodes, the electrode is attached to the person's forehead and ears, the processor (ESP-32) is connected wirelessly to the module via Bluetooth (HC-05), the processor extracts and analyzes the data packet. The received data is instantly transferred to the cloud environment via wifi. Then, the relevant manager is notified via e-mail that the employee's focus has decreased. Instant monitoring and analysis of the employee's focus and meditation values from the cloud environment; It offers an opportunity to prevent tired employees from experiencing work accidents.
