On the basis of developing technology and increasing needs, stress has permeated every aspect of our lives. Mobbing, the phenomenon of psychological violence, which has been frequently mentioned in the literature in recent years, has become one of the realities of business life. The mobbing process, the reasons,the offender's and the victim's characteristics that the employees apply to each other regardless of the positions they are examined in detail. At the same time, the subject which is also important in terms of reflection on companies, employees and economies is subject to more research every each day. Within our work, the effects of mobbing in the workplace are under the spotlight, and a face-to-face survey of 120 people has been implemented between working hours in Yalova Municipality. Here it appears that employees are exposed to mobbing, and most of all, they have a sense of being hindered from showing their talents.
