Abstract (EN)
The thesis briefly discusses the emergence, history, and development of the concept of equality. It examines the current legislation's formulation of the principle of equality, relevant provisions, and the issues leading to the prohibition of discrimination. The study primarily focuses on instances of violating the principle of equality and explores legal avenues to be pursued when identifying a violation of both the principle of equality and the prohibition of discrimination. In addition to observing current legislation on the subject, relevant judicial decisions are included to provide a concrete understanding of the topic.
