Seasonal works and cropping- season works in the Labour Law

According to definition which is generally accepted in the doctrine, seasonal work and cropping- season work is, the work is made in the working places where the people works with perfect yield in a certain time of the year and the other times reduce number of workers or steps all their activity. The main differences between seasonal work and cropping- season work is, in seasonal works main object is working of places during the whole year and raise the working capacity in the determinated terms of the year. In the cropping- season work, working place doesn?t have any activity more then a few months in a year. In the Turkish law the terms seasonal work and cropping- season work are used together and they have same results in order of law.Being a work is a seasonal work is one of the objective reason for fix-term contracts. But if contracts are made as a chained contracts on the seasonal works, the contract is accepted non fix-term work from the begining of the contract.If the season or cropping season are finished, the contract doesn?t finish, protects its validity. At the end of the main activities of parties are working and paying wage wait. But second activities snd obligations continue.According to Labour law article 53/III is the article of labour law about paid yearly permission will not be applied to the workers who works in a seasonal work which continues not more then one year or cropping- season work because at their specialities. Court of Appeal have many similar decisions.There isn?t any article about the severance pay and conveyance pay of seasonal workers and cropping- season workers. Court of Appeal tries to clear up this subject with its judgements. According to the Court of Appeal waiting periods of the seasonal contracts will not be included to the communication and prierity indemnification accounting.
