Within the labour law when said triangular relationships this include the principal employer?sub-employer relationship, temporary working relationship, transfer of establishment, and transfer of labour contracts. Namely there are various shapes of triangular relationships within the labour law.The importance of triangular relationships gradually increases in Turkish business life. As a result of this it is seen that in our labour law are given place to various arrangements which related to triangular relationships. The history of our triangular relationships related legal regulations is very short, but indeed several practices of triangular relationships have been seen for a long time in the country. The entry of types of triangular relationships in Turkish laws was inevitable, thus it happened. Here the aim was shooting the troubles and settling the disputes while they are implemented.
