Abstract (EN)
In literature, especially in the researches on occupational health and safety, it has been observed that data collection, analysis and cause-effect relationships can be established more easily in physical risk factors, fire and risk assessment studies. In this study, it is revealed to what extent employees are affected by the people, events or situations they have contact with in their daily lives and work environment and whether this interaction has a significant relationship on occupational accidents. On the other hand, it was examined whether this relationship differs by days. The information needed within the scope of the study was collected by questionnaire method from the workplaces that supported the research. The data was transformed into information with the statistical analysis method, and with the final information obtained in the survey study conducted for this purpose. It was evaluated whether it had a significant effect on the psychology of the employee, and it was tried to develop solutions that could reduce the determined negative effects.
