Abstract (EN)

Labour disputes are settled at some special courts which are called labour courts. The principle of showing favour to labourers in labour law and the need for specializing on labour disputes have stimulated establishing of labour courts beside the ordinary ones. On the other hand, the need for settling the disputes-heard at the labour courts-quickly,easily and inexpensively has caused some special ways of litigation to be applied at these courts. Today, as a rule, oral procedure and in some situations special procedure rules are applied at labour courts. It is because of the quickness of the oral procedure why it is preferred to the ordinary one. And also, it is desired to settle the disputes with conciliation in the labour courts. Because these courts are naturally, the authorities of conciliation. In the first chapter of this work; the need for establishing labour courts, the organization of them and the problem of jurisdiction and competence will be explained. In the second chapter, the civil procedure applied at labour courts will be investigated while considering their very own differences.
