Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, failure, analyses of heavy equipment firms which proved themselves on the industry are investigated by communicated with these firm. Data which are achieved through investigation of automation supported failure analysis with new generation satellite tracking system, machine fleet, fleet tracking system and failure codes are shared without showing firms' private informations. As a result, it has been determinated that early failure warning systems make early, economic and timely intervention possible through failure codes without causing terrible failures on heavy equipments. It has been seen that huge costs, reason of expensiveness of spare parts, are prevented by using failure analysis methods with both new generation satellite tracking system and automation. Besides, it has also been seen that losses and costs which are caused by long lead time of not avaible spare parts on firms's spare part store are also avoided substancially by using forementioned analysis.
