Abstract (EN)

Risk has been a part of life since the beginning of humanity. Today, business life is also naturally under effect of various risks. Therefore, since everyone develops protective actions against life threatening risks; likewise, enterprises have to develop modern management techniques to cope with those possible risks. Enterprise risk management has been taking attentions of many business people as well as scientists. Enterprises? going concern principle depends on a sustainable profitability and cash flow. To verify that; the fact of obligation for examining and taking action against possible financial, operational, environmental and strategic risks has once again proven with this work. During the study, current theoretical knowledge about ?Enterprise Risk Management? has been analysed and a research has been made for implementing on an industrial enterprise. During the implementation, the fact enterprises that follow-up scattered risk pursuit appears to have more predictable performance as a result of holistic approach towards risks.
