Procedure and method for termination of labour contract

This thesis study is titled as "Procedure And Method For Termination Of Labour Contract", includes definition of labour contract, elements of the labour contract and comparing with other similar contracts, at first. Afterwards, notice of termination of the labour contract, termination of the contract for just cause and the procedural rules regarding the two types of termination shall be examined under the Labour Law, Turkish Code of Obligations, The Maritime Labour Law and The Press Labour Law and the solutions shall be tried to determined in case of an unclear regulation in these codes regarding the above-mentioned issue. In this study, the sanctions in case of breach of the procedural rules of notice of termination and the termination of the contract for just cause shall be examined. While discussing the issues, the most discussed points in the doctrine shall tried to be determined, and shall be tried to proposed solutions in the ligt of high judicial practices in these matters.
